Course access, payments and subscription terms.
These Subscription & Purchase Terms explain how course access, payments, and, where applicable, subscription plans work on Takxila AI Academy. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. How Course Access Works
When you purchase a course on Takxila AI Academy, you are granted a license to access that specific course for the access period stated on the course page at checkout. This is a one-time purchase for that course, not a recurring charge, unless you separately opt into a subscription plan described below.
2. All-Access Subscription Plan (if offered)
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at the time of purchase, until you cancel.
- Payment is charged to the payment method on file via Razorpay at the start of each billing period.
- Recurring payments are subject to applicable payment-network and RBI requirements.
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the available account or billing controls. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period already paid for; you retain access until the end of that period.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access to subscription-only content until payment is resolved.
3. Free Courses
Certain courses are offered free of charge and may auto-enroll upon signup. Free courses are provided "as is" and are not covered by the Refund Policy, since no payment was made.
4. Price Changes
We may change course or subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect a course you have already purchased or your current subscription billing period, but may apply to future purchases or renewals where applicable.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Takxila does not store your complete card details. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processing for the course or subscription you have selected.
6. Access Restrictions
Course access is personal to your account and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms, including credential sharing or content redistribution.
7. Refunds
Refunds for course purchases and subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription & Purchase Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
