4. Courses, Access, and Content

• Course content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• Access to a purchased course is granted for the duration specified on the course page at the time of purchase.
• We may update, improve, or modify course content from time to time to keep it current, without reducing the overall value of what you purchased.
• Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the course's stated completion criteria and are not a professional accreditation or degree unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST treatment will be displayed at checkout where relevant.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or payment credentials on our servers.
• Prices and course availability may change at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time of successful checkout.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, text, graphics, SCORM packages, quizzes, downloadable resources, and the Takxila name and logo — is the property of Takxila AI Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without our prior written consent.
• Share your account credentials or course access with others.
• Use screen-recording, downloading tools, or any other method to extract or redistribute course content outside the platform.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

8. User Conduct

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or course content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that course content is free of errors or that completing a course will result in any specific job outcome, income, or certification recognition by third parties.
• AI tools referenced or taught within our courses are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms, pricing, and availability, which may change independently of us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Takxila AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance provisions above, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, without prejudice to rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be notified via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
